By booking this trip through Drip Weekend, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Terms & Conditions

Booking & Attendance

• Drip Weekend is a private travel experience held at Moon Palace Cancun from October 24-27, 2025.

• Attendance is limited to guests booked through our official reservation link.

• This is a 21+ event – valid ID required for check-in.

1. Non-Refundable Policy

• All payments for this trip are non-refundable and non-transferable under any

circumstances, including but not limited to illness, travel restrictions, personal

emergencies, or changes in plans.

• Payment plans are subject to the terms of the selected payment provider.

• Any attempts to dispute charges or seek a refund through your bank or credit card

provider (a “chargeback”) will be contested with proof of these terms.

2. Liability Waiver

• By participating in this trip, you understand and accept that Drip Weekend and

event organizers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, loss of

personal belongings, or any other unforeseen incidents that may occur before,

during, or after the trip.

• You assume all risks associated with travel, including but not limited to

transportation, accommodations, activities, and excursions.

• Guests are expected to follow all resort guidelines and local regulations.

• Any violations of resort policies may result in removal from the event without refund.

3. Alcohol & Resort Amenities

• This event is hosted at an all-inclusive resort where food & beverages are provided as part of your stay.

• Alcohol is served by the resort in compliance with their policies – Drip Weekend does not provide or sell alcohol.

4. Travel Insurance Recommendation

• It is highly recommended that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to

protect yourself against unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, trip

interruptions, lost luggage, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• You are solely responsible for any expenses incurred due to unforeseen

circumstances, including medical emergencies and trip cancellations.

5. Force Majeure (Acts of God / Force of Nature)

• Destination RSVP and event organizers shall not be held liable for any failure or delay

in hosting Drip Weekend at Moon Palace Cancun (Oct 24-27, 2025 and any

additional pre and post nights reserved) due to circumstances beyond their

reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, hurricanes, earthquakes,

floods, pandemics, government travel restrictions, airline cancellations, civil unrest,

or any other unforeseen event that makes the event impossible, unsafe, or

impracticable.

In the event of a force majeure occurrence:

• The organizers will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event to a later

date.

• If rescheduling is not possible, attendees will be notified of any alternative

solutions, including potential credits or other compensation, subject to the

policies of Drip Weekend and the venue.

• Attendees acknowledge that travel insurance is strongly recommended and

that Drip Weekend is not responsible for any personal financial losses due

to force majeure events.

By booking this trip, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to
